Summary:
This is one of the most special lots in all of Palmilla, and given that Palmilla is one of Los Cabos' most prestigious neighborhoods to start with, that's really saying something\!\!

This sweeping 7BR Hacienda\-style home overlooks the signature golf hole at the One&Only Palmilla and if that isn't enough, that hole leads right down to the crashing turquoise waters of Palmilla Cove, featuring a dreamlike view that stuns from sunrise to sunset\. Guests to the home can relax on the sundeck which sipping a morning coffee, or splash in the pool or jacuzzi while sipping a cocktail and enjoy every hour in between\.

The Space:
The home is very large and perfect for a family gathering, two smaller families looking to enjoy the best of what Cabo has to offer, or a Golf group looking for a prime central location to enjoy the myriad of top\-tier courses in the area\.  

Four of Bedrooms feature King\-sized beds and two bedrooms have separate bedding configurations; perfect for kids or groups who wish to spread out and enjoy the space and tranquility of the property\. 

There is a large BBQ grill on the primary floor, perfect for those who wish to fire up some burgers or ribs while enjoying the warm evening air, while listening to the audible waves crashing in the distance\.

This home is accessible through the private gated neighborhood of Palmilla Norte and is located at the end of a cul\-de\-sac providing extra seclusion and space for all to enjoy\. 

You will be welcomed to the home by The Agency Baja as well as the Property Manager who will provide a complete walkthrough of the property to ensure that everything is exactly to standard\. 

Neighborhood:
Palmilla Norte is, without question, one of the most prime locations in all of Los Cabos\. Roughly 20 minutes from SJD Airport this is an easy transfer by our Luxury Transportation provider or easily reachable by those looking to rent a car\. 

Enjoy the entire neighborhood by renting a luxury golf cart and easily cruise from the public Palmilla Beach entrance to the Palmilla Shops and restaurants in just a matter of minutes\!


Transit:
Once on\-site, Palmilla is the perfect jumping\-off point for those that want to enjoy the Cabo Corridor, allowing for easy access to downtown San Jose del Cabo \(10 minutes\) or Cabo San Lucas  \(25 minutes\)\. 

Guests can also enjoy numerous gourmet dining options in the nearby Palmilla Shops, at several fine\-dining restaurants at The One&Only Palmilla or Mexican and Italian options in Palmilla Dunes\.
