• A signed rental agreement and government\-issued ID are required within 24 hours after booking\.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations\. I’m happy to provide local trailer storage options if needed\.

•  For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs\. This fee is non\-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method\.
