Our standard cleaning fee covers routine cleaning between guest stays\. However, if the home is left in an unusually dirty condition \(e\.g\., excessive trash, stained linens, damaged furniture, unwashed dishes throughout the home\), an additional cleaning fee may be charged\. We kindly ask guests to treat the property with respect and leave it in a reasonably tidy condition to avoid extra charges\.
