Featuring a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, a custom stone fireplace in the main living room, spacious dining area, wrap\-around expansive deck with a hot tub and gas grill\. The lower\-level recreation room is the perfect space to gather to play games or watch your favorite movie together\. After a full day of adventure retreat to the Primary En\-suite bedroom, on the main level, featuring a Queen bed, wood\-burning fireplace, a corner whirlpool bathtub, direct access to the deck and hot tub\. The second En\-suite bedroom, on the main level, features a Queen bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a separate office perfect for the remote professional in your group\. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty \(30\) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty \(30\) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking\. For reservations at least thirty \(30\) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty \(60\) days before the arrival date\.
