Beautiful home with a private pool and hot tub, 5 bedroom, 5 ½ baths\. Spacious backyard and located on a cul\-de\-sac\. Exquisite detail in every room, four master bedrooms, and TV's with Roku in all bedrooms and common areas\. Rec room with pool table and full size refrigerator and microwave\. The great room offers a TV with Blu\-ray player, deck access, seating for 10 in the dining room and gourmet kitchen with two ovens, electric stove, two dishwashers, refrigerator, beverage refrigerator with ice maker and seating for 6 around the island\. A game/puzzle table in the loft offers a quiet getaway\. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea in the screened porch\. Watch the TV in the mid\-level den, and yes there is WiFi\.

No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Garage has parking for two cars\. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
