Ask about our Military Discount\. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
