This two\-bed, one\-and\-a\-half\-bath condo can comfortably sleep 4 people\. You have your choice of lounging by the fire or cooking a decadent meal in the fully equipped kitchen\. All condos have Roku TV\.Located in the center of Summit County, Colorado, Chateau Claire is away from the crowds and hustle of the ski resorts but only a few minutes from the finest winter and summer sports in the country\. Enjoy sailing, cycling, fishing, skiing, and snowboarding in the heart of the Rocky Mountains\.STR \#09001080G04Firewood: The firewood has been delivered and is now onsite\. As a reminder there is a wood shortage, and the board would like everyone to be courteous to the rest of the ownership as to what each unit utilizes\.Parking and Towing: Parking passes have been distributed and the tagging and towing polices are in effect\.Common Entrance Door closures: It has been brought to the attention of the board that common entrance doors are being propped open\. Due to the colder temperatures the board is requesting that all common doors are closed and not propped open for the safety of the building and the possibility of freezing pipes\.Smoking \(Any Substances\): As a reminder per the rules and regulations of Chateau Claire tenants / guest are not allowed to smoke inside or outside of any kind\. Quite Hours are from 10pm to 8am, No Parties\!
