This custom, modern farmhouse\-style retreat provides two oceanfront primary suites each with king bed and ensuite bath with shower; one street\-side primary with K and private ensuite bath with shower\. 7 Smart cable TVs with premium channels and DVR\. Wireless Internet access\. Living area and ground level game room have 75” Smart TVs and bedrooms have 55” Smart TVs\. Large ground level game room with a family entertainment area, ping\-pong table, foosball table, small bar area and second refrigerator\. The open concept kitchen includes custom designed cabinets with special cabinet lighting and quartz countertops, 2 refrigerated drawers and an icemaker for crushed ice \(think Mint Juleps\!\), a large farmhouse style sink, 2 dishwashers, double wall ovens, 6\-burner gas range and stainless steel appliances\.
