This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona\. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions\.

A car is highly recommended for traveling in Sedona\. Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in the area\.

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood\. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am\.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises\.
