This beautiful condo in Chilton Village at Ocean Edge Resort has just been fully renovated\. Enjoy new hardwood/slate floors, lighting, and crown molding, plus fresh paint throughout\. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a breakfast bar, new refrigerator with ice\-maker, and high\-efficiency washer/dryer\.

The living/dining room has wall AC Unit, a new 50 TV, and access to the back patio and lovely landscaping on Widger Pond\. The primary bedroom offers a private bath, king bed, Wall AC Unit, and direct access to the patio\. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a wall\-mounted monitor for hooking up a gaming console, and a full hall bath\. Walk/bike to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Cape Cod Bay beaches, and shops/restaurants from this ideal location\!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
