ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedroom, 2 bath\. First bedroom has a king bed\. Second bedroom has a double bed and two sets of twin bunk beds\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Foosball table\. Board games and card games\. TV along with fast WiFi\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. Laundry area with side\-by\-side washer/dryer\.

OUTDOORS \- Large front deck, charcoal barbecue, and patio furniture\.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people \(6 adults max\)\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
