PEAK SEASON \(Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August\)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Sunday \(e\.g\., Sun\-Wed/Thurs, Wed/Thurs\-Sun, or Sun\-Sun\)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7\-night stays must follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays \(less than 7 nights\) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
\(No Saturday check\-in or check\-out\)

OFF\-PEAK SEASON \(Mid\-September – Mid\-May\)
• Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak
• Any other 2\-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check\-in or check\-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
