This is a completely private, lower ground level apartment with a separate entrance\.

We want you to feel at home at Little Sunflower House\. The extent of our interaction is up to you, but we and/or our housekeeper will be available as needed to field questions or help out\. We'll send you our house manual prior to your arrival so that you can get acquainted and know what to expect\.

For your convenience, we have provided a video playlist that is jam\-packed with information and tutorials that will be your go\-to for all questions and how\-tos around the house\.

The Timp Neighborhood is quite charming with older houses all within walking distance of parks, downtown, and the Provo Rec Center\.

Free street parking \- it is very safe to park on the street\.

With windows above ground, this apartment gets a lot of light and feels more like a ground floor than a basement\.

Noise: To minimize sounds from upstairs, we do our best to have quiet hours upstairs from 8 pm \- 8 am\.  We also provide a sound machine and earplugs, just in case\.

This property is best suited for two guests\. While the pull\-out couch in the living room is comfortable, it does take up most of the living space, which can make longer stays with three guests less comfortable
