Beautiful and renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apt with private patio with BBQ and a fully equipped kitchen\!

An authentic apartment with a great location\.  Located on Douglas, a calm and centric neighborhood, this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami\. 

Fully equipped with all you need for your stay\. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, paid washer&dryer, linen,  towels, etc\. Parking spot available on premises\.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi\-family complex\. Each unit has its own parking space\. It's located in a very cozy and centric neighborhood\. The apartment is very bright and with big spaces\. A queen bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in the second bedroom\.
A Sofa bed in the living room \(please let us know so we can prepare it for you\)\.

Paid Washer&Dryer are shared with other guests and it's located in a common area of the house\. It has a cost of $1\.75 for Washer and a $1\.75 for Dryer\.
