> Charming, cozy Victorian island cottage in a quiet, walkable location just steps from downtown Oak Bluffs, the beach and Circuit Street, with a much\-loved screened porch and a well\-stocked kitchen\. The hosts are responsive and the home is clean, but it retains vintage character and some basic amenities are limited—linens and towels are not provided and a few areas \(hot water capacity, kitchen fixtures and beach gear\) are awaiting updates\.
