The Space:
Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion\.

The living room is cozy and relaxed\. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 50" LED flat\-screen TV\. There will never be a lack of options between our cable package and AppleTV equipped with Netflix access and other outlets\. My blazing fast WiFi is great for streaming or for those who need to get some work done in Portland\.

If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew \- not to mention a New Seasons less than two blocks away\.

After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen\-size beds in each of the bedrooms\. With a central air conditioner and a window ac unit upstairs you will find the house to be a relaxing temperature\.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes\. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything \- from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something\. We keep a hands\-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there\.
