This tastefully decorated 4 Bedroom/3 bath townhome is located on the Winter Red Line Shuttle route and just a short walk to shopping, dining and theaters\. The upper level features a cozy wood burning fireplace and large, comfy sectional sofa in the living room \- to welcome you home from a long day exploring the great outdoors\. The dining table has seating for 8, with another four at the bar\. The fully stocked and remodeled kitchen has all the appliances for a home cooked meal for your entire party\. \(PLEASE NOTE THIS COMPLEX WILL HAVE A PAINTING & SIDING PROJECT GOING ON FROM LATE MAY INTO FALL, SOME WORK MIGHT BE LOUD BETWEEN 8AM\-5PM\) This property also has a large balcony and even a boot dryer\!
