Our home is a stunning, large, luxury Tahoe home with rustic touches\. Boasting 4 bedrooms, 2\.5 bathrooms, 3 car garage, roof top hot tub, hammock & new patio table\. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to whip up a feast\. The living room has a huge comfortable couch and large Smart TV for watching movies on those chilly Tahoe nights\. The bedrooms are simply furnished with beds, a side table and a lamp\. It's all about the simple things in life at Navahoe Nest\!

• We are permitted for up to 8 adults max plus extra kids under 5\. 
• We are permitted for up to 5 cars max\. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park all vehicles on the driveway or in the garage and off the street\.
• Our home is non\-smoking\.
• Our home is NOT pet friendly\.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm \- 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time\. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours\.
• Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC\. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans\. 
• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement\.
• This home is on the minimalistic side\. For example \- the bedrooms do not have dressers\. We do provide luggage racks though\.
• The living room couch is white so please do your best to avoid spills\. If you do have an accident please let us know right away\. It's best to not eat or drink while on the couch especially red wine ;\)
• Important \- Please make sure to close the hot tub lid and lock it up with the 2 side locks after every use so it doesn't blow open\. Failure to do this may result in a small charge for the added electricity & extra cleaning required when it's left open\. If you are unsure how to lock it let us know\.
