This second floor 2\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom standard condominium is a corner unit with plenty of sun and excellent river views\. This condo is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and closer to downtown Aspen\. Condo amenities include an open living area with a wood\-burning fireplace\*, an in\-unit washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher\. There are flat\-screen TVs in both bedrooms and the main living area\. Other amenities include an outdoor gas grill and a private sitting area overlooking the Roaring Fork River\. \*Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market\.
