## Description
Ideally located along Main Street and along the free town shuttle, this newly remodeled, ground\-level studio, offers air conditioning, an open living space, a full kitchen with granite counters, and lovely, mountain chic interiors\. The living area features a flat\-screen TV and a gas fireplace with hardwood floors\. A queen\-sized murphy bed offers great comfort and convenience providing extra space and a table when not in use\.

The complex features an outdoor heated pool and hot tub\. Please note the pool is closed during the winter months \(October \- May\) but will reopen for the summer season in early June\. The hot tub, however, remains open year\-round\. Parking is available adjacent to the building on a first come, first serve basis\.

Guests of Christiana receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support\. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities\. \(Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours\.\)
