This neighborhood is family\-friendly and very quiet\. We are close to Kings Island, Top Golf, Main Event, outlet shopping, and the Western & Southern Open\. There are two bedrooms that can be accessed without steps for anyone in your party who may need one\-level living\. However, there are three additional bedrooms in the basement that would require access via steps\. Please reach out with any questions as we are happy to assist you\. Welcome to beautiful West Chester, Ohio\! This spacious ranch has so much to offer the second you walk through its bright red door\. Complete with a fully finished basement and a fenced\-in backyard, there are several living spaces that will allow your party to spread out as needed\. The first floor offers a gorgeous sunroom/living room area complete with a large flat\-screen TV and Roku, comfortable seating spaces, and incredible natural lighting\. The attached back deck offers outdoor living to expand into the backyard\. In addition to the sunroom/living room area, there is a fully\-stocked, semi\-open concept eat\-in kitchen, formal dining room, and three bedrooms all on the first floor\. If you head downstairs, you will be greeted with a large king\-size open bedroom that also offers downstairs seating for your party\. This is not a private bedroom, but we have placed a bed down there to offer more sleeping options for larger families\. DINING ROOM \(Main Level\) Upon entry, you will see the large dining area equipped to seat seven \(7\) people comfortably\. The black fireplace \(for decoration only\) is the focal point of this room\. KITCHEN \(Main Level\) Brand new appliances for you to enjoy including refrigerator, stove, microwave, and toaster\. Enjoy your complimentary coffee in the morning with the Keurig K\-Duo machine\. The dining table seats four people and is located in the kitchen area\.
