•  Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations\. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage\.

•  Pool heating is available for an additional fee\. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay\. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures\.

•  For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs\. This fee is non\-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method\.
