Spacious loft in the heart of downtown Knoxville\! This airy retreat with high ceilings and bohemian charm overlooks South Gay Street and the downtown city life below\. When you stay here you are surrounded by some of Knoxville’s best eateries, shops, theaters, and college football…all within walking distance\! Just a 2\.5 minute walk to market square\!

We like for guests to have their privacy, but we live just minutes away and are available to help with any needs or questions\!

We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it as you've never enjoyed it before\! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll\. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond\! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football\. We have a listing of our favorite spots and things to do when you stay with us in case you need any recommendations\.

• There will be a $50 charge if the keys are lost or taken\.

• Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check\-ins or late check\-outs\. You may check\-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am\.

•For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent\. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay\.

•There is parking located at 305 W Vine Ave\. We recommend using Google Maps, which will take you right to it\. If you are using the Apple Maps app, you will need to continue up Vine Ave\. a little bit more\. The parking lot is on the right\-hand side, across from the back end of the Crowne Plaza and the big Catholic church\.
