Claret & Blue River Retreat is a new luxury mountain home in the picturesque Summit Sky Ranch community in Silverthorne, Colorado\. This designer retreat features 3 bedrooms, 3\.5 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests\.

The main floor offers a king\-size primary suite, a stylish living area with floor\-to\-ceiling windows offering mountain views, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, two private balconies, and a laundry area\. In the front yard guests can enjoy time at the private firepit\. 

On the lower level, you'll find a cozy second living area, a second primary suite with a full\-over\-king bunk bed, and a guest bedroom with a king\-size bed and an adjacent bathroom\.
