This newly remodeled, bright and beautifully decorated, 3\-bedroom, 3 bath home is a stone's throw to two of Chatham's Nantucket Sound beaches: Pleasant Street Beach \(3/10's mile\) and Forest Beach \(4/10's mile\)\!
On the first floor, step into an open and airy living room and dining area\. The renovated kitchen with island and barstools is well equipped for hosting and gathering\. A spacious den features 2 comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV\. Sliders off the dining area lead to the furnished deck with outdoor grille, overlooking a manicured yard\. The second floor renders a spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and renovated en\-suite bath\. A third bedroom on the main floor has 2 well furnished twin beds and a renovated bath across the hall\. Additional amenities include outdoor shower & WIFI\.

A cleaning fee of $250 is included in the price\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
