It is easy to catch the first chair in this ski\-in/ski\-out condo\! Ski down to the base of the American Eagle Lift or the Green Acres learning area\. This fantastic third\-floor condo sleeps up to 12 people and has over 1500 square feet\! The well\-appointed kitchen features new appliances, a glass cooktop stove, and beautiful granite counters\. Serve 4 people at the breakfast bar, or up to 6 people at the dining room table\. Relax after a long day on the slopes in the living room on the new leather furniture in front of the roaring gas fireplace\. The master bedroom has 1 King Beds and Queen Sofa Sleeper, a TV, mini\-fridge, microwave, and a private balcony\. The newly remodeled, en suite bathroom features a gorgeous double sink area, and a newly tiled shower/tub combination\.The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV, and a private balcony\. The third bedroom has a Queen Bed, a TV\. The en suite guest bathroom features a gorgeous sink and a shower/tub combination\. There is also a Queen Murphy Beds that pull down from the wall in the living room and a Queen Sleeper Sofa\. Enjoy your morning on the enclosed porch with stunning views of the towering pine trees, and Ten Mile Range\. The third bathroom is off the kitchen\. Copper Mountain Inn is ski\-in/ski\-out to the American Eagle chairlift, which accesses intermediate terrain\. There is also a "magic carpet" surface lift for first\-timers and beginners located right next to the American Eagle\. There is an easy groomed trail that runs behind the building that accesses the Green Acres learning area\. Green Acres has a "bunny slope" chairlift that is great for kids and beginners\. This condo has a great location for all abilities\! Dog Friendly Max of two dog\. $100 fee per dog\. There is a coin operated laundry facility located on the third floor\. There is one assigned parking spot in the garage beneath the condo\.
