\~	Beach Access: Terramar Beach access point is a 30 second car ride or 3\-4 minute walk away\.

\~	Community Amenities: Guests have access to the Terramar beach community pool— open Memorial Day thru Labor Day— and the boat launch and marina with the provided keys\.
