## Description
This compound is comprised of two homes in exclusive Key Cove Landings, by combining Coastal Comfort and 3/4 Time, two 4\-bedroom homes\! 
The perks of this little\-known location are many:  walking distance to the essentials such a Publix grocery store and the largest shopping center on the island, while still being tucked away in your own quiet neighborhood\.  This home includes plenty of off\-street parking in the private garages, as well as on the driveways in front of the homes\.
Key Feature:
6 en'suite bedrooms in addition to a bedroom in each home off the living room, each with two twin beds\.
The homes have the same large open floorplan with spacious seating areas\.  
The master bedrooms have King\-sized beds,  large flat\-screen HD TVs, and en\-suite bathrooms complete with a glass showers, large Jacuzzi tubs and separate room for the facilities\.  Second bedrooms have King\-sized bed,  flat\-screen HD TVs, large walk\-in closets, and glass sliding doors providing access to the waterfront balcony\. The bathrooms are en\-suite\. The third bedrooms are also on the 2nd floor with en\-suite bathroom\.
