The living area has a large flat\-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and access to the furnished balcony with beach views\. The kitchen has stainless\-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with all the cookware and dishware to make your favorite meals from the comfort of home\.
The master bedroom includes a luxurious king bed, flat\-screen TV, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and complimentary hair dryer, and beautiful beach views\. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat\-screen TV, and views of the greater Destin area\. Just steps from both the living area and the guest bedroom is a full bathroom with a walk\-in shower and complimentary hair dryer\.

Things to know:

Parking for 2 vehicles 

Must be 25 years or older to book this home, and be present for the duration of the stay\. 

Motorcycles, trailers, or commercial vehicles are not allowed

The stay will be accessed via a smart lock and we will provide the door code on check in day around 4pm

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance\.


This property is equipped with a monitor which detects smoke, vape, noise, and excess guest over the occupancy limit allowed\. Violations will result in removal from the property without refund\.


Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest\.


This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental\. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm\-8am\. If violated the city will issue a fine\. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Destin Ordinance rules\.
