Work will occur Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will include pressure washing and painting, with ladders used near windows, lanais, and balconies, which may result in daytime noise\. Guests will be required to remove all personal items from the lanai/balcony, keep windows and doors closed during scheduled work, and may need to temporarily relocate vehicles for the duration of pressure washing and painting\.
• This property is offered as a monthly rental\. Although full\-month occupancy is not required, the monthly rate remains fixed and applies in full, regardless of the number of nights stayed, as prorated rates are not available\.
• Electricity usage capped at $500/month; guest responsible for excess\.
• One assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only\. Oversized vehicles and street parking are not permitted\.
