## Description
Discover the stunning beauty of Fallen Leaf Lake with this 3000 sq\. ft\. home, perfectly situated at the south end of the lake near boat docks, kayak rentals, and a market with a small café\. This spacious property features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private master suite with a gas\-burning fireplace\. The large open living room offers ample seating and a wood\-burning fireplace\. Although there is no cable due to the remote location, the home is equipped with smart TVs and internet \(please note that internet service is not guaranteed due to satellite issues beyond our control\)\.

The home is spread over three levels:
Mid\-level: Living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, two built\-in single beds, and two small queen bedrooms \(these bedrooms lack closets but have hooks for hanging clothes; ideal for older children with direct deck access but may be less comfortable for adults\)\. This level also features a relaxing deck amidst pines and aspens\.
Upstairs: Master suite, another queen bedroom, and a loft area with two queen beds \(curtains provide some privacy but it's not fully private\)\.
Bottom floor: Family/TV room with a large flat\-screen TV and bean bags, a queen bedroom, and another full bathroom\. Enjoy a short walk to the private Home Owner's Association beach, a picnic area with a fire pit, and a swimming area with a floating dock\. The nearby market offers basic goods and a small café with sandwiches and snacks\. Boat and kayak rentals are just steps away\. This amazing summer home comfortably accommodates up to 14 people \(12 adults maximum, unlimited children under 5 years old\)\. The area offers numerous hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls and swimming holes\.
Parking: MAXIMUM 3 CARS allowed in the parking lot \(2 assigned spaces and 1 guest spot\)\. The parking area is about 50 yards from the house, with load/unload access at the house \(no overnight parking next to the home\)\.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM\. Occupancy is limited during quiet hours\.

The responsible guest must be at least 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card, and signed rental agreement before occupancy\.
