Welcome to Sunset Haven on Lake Winnisquam, this home sleeps fourteen with six bedrooms and four\-bathrooms\. This home offers quiet seclusion and plenty of fun for everyone\!

The living room features cozy seating, as well as a flat\-screen television with cable and a DVD player, a ping pong table and a pool table\. Enjoy cooking in the fully\-equipped kitchen and dine together at the eight\-person table, and find additional seating at the counter\. There's a media room on the 2nd floor that includes lounge chairs and a flat\-screen television\.

There is also a 4 season room with full windows and three hanging hammocks\.

This home offers 3 private 25' boat docks, with a U shaped covered dock, along with a slip in the middle and a slip on either side\. As well as a Boat Ramp\!
There are paddle\-boards, kayaks, and canoes available for use\.
