Getting around is easy since this property is just a 3\-minute drive to Over the Rhine and downtown, you can easily drive or Uber/Lyft to anything\. Once you are in downtown or Over the Rhine, everything is walkable, plus you can use the Streetcar for free and you'll find plenty of easily rentable Redbikes and scooters\.
