Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3\-bedroom home, located just 3\-minutes' drive to downtown\. Easy access to University of Cincinnati, Over the Rhine, the ballparks and stadiums, music venues, and Children's Hospital\. It will feel like home with large TVs, comfy seating, lots of room for everybody, and a large well\-appointed kitchen\. There is even a back\-yard where you can take your pet out\.

This home is located just a 3\-minute drive north of downtown and south of University of Cincinnati, in a residential neighborhood of mostly single\-family homes and duplexes called Mount Auburn\. It is a quiet, mixed\-income community, with many newly renovated and well\-maintained homes, and also some homes that still need upkeep on the exterior\.

We are just north of downtown and south of the University of Cincinnati\. It's a simple 3\-minute drive to Over the Rhine and downtown\. For those who don't mind walking hills, it's a 15\-minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Over the Rhine \(0\.9\-miles\)\. It's easy to find street parking\!
