## Description
Unit 550 is two bedroom, two\-bath condo with a beautiful ocean view that is guaranteed to brighten even a cloudy day\. The master bedroom is on the ocean side about 100 yds\. from the ocean where you can listen to the surf as you are drifting off to sleep\. The master bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has  2 queen beds\. Both bedrooms have a TV with cable access, and WiFi is available through out the unit\.New sliding glass doors have been  installed and custom window treatments  are in place in the Living Room\. The  master bedroom and the guest room have plantation shutters\. The master bathroom has been beautifully updated, and there are many  unique touches through out the unit\.In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area\.  A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation\. The 800 ft\. fishing pier is available to our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier\.If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex\. Also in this area  for your enjoyment, we have a community grill area with picnic table and lounge chairs available on a first come basis\. There are two very well maintained tennis courts available also on a first come basis\.  Directly across the street \(walking distance\) from the "Surf" restaurant which offers indoor dining as well as outdoor on a spacious deck often with live music\.  The highly rated, 27 \-hole Fernandina Beach Golf Course is only a two minute drive away from the condo\.Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit\.\(Sorry, NO Pets Allowed\.\)THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT\.QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM \- 9 AM\.NO MONTHLY RENTALS IN MARCH \- AUGUSTCity of Fernandina Beach Required Resort Rental Dwelling Permit: RRDP\-000099\-2019Important Notice:We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come\.The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells\.
