This two\-bedroom 2nd floor unit is located in Springboro, Ohio, and near so many great places, such as Dorothy Lane Market, Warped Wing Brewery, and many other great restaurants and stores\. This cute 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment has everything you need for a short or long\-term stay\.  I\-75 is just 10 minutes away, the University of Dayton is  20 minutes away, and Wright\-Patterson Air Force Base is 30 minutes away\.

This home has three total apartments in it\. To enter your apartment, you will walk to the side of the building and climb the patio stairs\.  Upon entering the home you will be in your kitchen\. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals and snacks during your stay\. We have a Keurig coffee machine with plenty of coffee options for you to use during your stay\. The kitchen is partially open to the living room\. 

The living room features a comfortable sofa and a large flat\-screen TV with Roku\. There is also a table where you can sit and dine with friends as you watch TV\. 

Both bedrooms are located off the kitchen\. One bedroom is a queen\-size bed\. This room has its own flat\-screen TV and plenty of storage space for unpacking your belongings during your stay\. The second bedroom features two twin\-size beds and storage space for your stuff\. 

You will also find a full\-size bathroom\. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination with extra towels and basic consumable toiletries that you are welcome to use during your stay\.

You will find the full\-size washer and dryer tucked away in a closet in the living room\. There is extra laundry soap and supplies that you are welcome to use during your stay\.

You will have one parking space in the driveway for this unit, but there is free parking on the street\.  There are two other units in this building, so they share the driveway with you\.
