Welcome home to this peaceful and centrally\-located one\-bedroom located on a quiet street near the University of Cincinnati, downtown, Over the Rhine, Cincinnati Childrens Hospital, and other great destinations\.

You'll have a cozy\-comfy queen bed, a well\-appointed kitchen, high\-speed wifi, and access to a free washer/dryer in the basement\. This location is perfect for long or short stays, including travel nurses and other work assignments\. With free off\-street parking, you can park with ease\.

This well\-appointed 1BR has high ceilings, soaring windows, and all of the amenities you need for a comfortable short or long stay\. Enjoy a cozy\-comfy queen bed, a large flat\-screen TV, off\-street parking in our driveway, and high\-speed wifi\.

You'll also have access to free washer/dryer in the basement\.

You will have access to the entire unit\.

You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise you will likely need to Uber/Lyft or call a car\. Luckily, we have free on\-site parking\. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown\. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the Streetcar \(Free\!\)\.
