Comfy Cubby is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Bear Mountain Ski Resort and just a short drive to the lake, Village, and more\. This gorgeous home comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway\!

LIVING SPACE \- 2 bedroom, 1\.5 bath\. Cozy 850\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, TV, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. First bedroom has a queen bed\. Second bedroom has a double bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Stove, toaster oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\. 

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. Cable TV along with fast WiFi\. Relax near the cozy fireplace\. 

OUTDOORS \- Charcoal barbecue, outdoor table, and chairs\. Enjoy the fenced yard and large front and side decks\!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99\.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance \- overoccupancy could result in a fine or non\-refundable eviction\.
