This condo is offering 3 day stays during the summer months\! Come for a quick getaway, or stay all week\!All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront and feature a fresh ocean breeze from either a balcony or patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean\. The master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view that is guaranteed to brighten even a cloudy day\. This property has a king bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom has a full  and a twin bed\. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room\.In keeping with the comforts of home, you will find a full kitchen and a separate dining area\.  The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counter tops and opens to large living and dining area\. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit, but feel free to forget that and just enjoy the beach or the fishing on this vacation\. The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and no fishing license is required when fishing from this private pier\. If you are looking forward to just lounging around the pool, it is located on the ocean side of the complex\.Amelia by the sea is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit\.\(Sorry, NO Pets Allowed\.\)THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT\.QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM \- 9 AM\.City of Fernandina Beach Required Resort Rental Dwelling Permit: RRDP\-000084\-2019Important Notice:We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come\.The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells\. While you may occasionally notice workers on\-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases\.Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PMNo work will take place on weekendsTo thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay\.
