Commodore's Retreat 106 is a modern, updated Gulf\-front condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico\. With spectacular views and a ramp to the beach, this property is great for all ages\.

106 is beautifully updated with crisp white shiplap and cool ocean blue pops of color\. The bedroom features a king\-size bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space\. Kids will love the built\-in hallway bunks\. Relax or dine on the patio while listening to the waves crash on the shore\.

Commodore's Retreat offers easy access to all your favorite beach vacation activities\. With the beach right out your back door, you can have your toes in the white sands at a moment's notice\. An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests\. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods\. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion\. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom\.
