Just steps from a private beach access between 1141 & 1143 OBW, this inverted, open\-floor design provides a memorable and comfortable vacation experience\.The nautically inspired décor features vintage accents and antiques \(please note: may not be ideal for families with small children\)\. The home includes six HDTVs \(one in each bedroom\), a sound system in the second\-level living area, and games/puzzles\. Two living room areas, a well\-equipped kitchen, an upscale second\-level bathroom, ceiling fans, outdoor seating, a large outdooor shower, and a charcoal grill round out the amenities\.Bed linens \(beds in bedrooms only\) are provided for weekly rentals\. No towels are provided, but they can be rented through Property Manager\.A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit\.\(Guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products and detergents once starter supplies are used\.\)The owner utilizes outside cameras for security purposes only\.
