## Description
Historic Harbour Island home, the house was rebuilt in traditional Harbour Island style from the ground up in 2018\.

The house consists of three separate buildings around a garden and swimming pool\. Everyone has their own privacy and space\. Five Bedrooms and five Bathrooms, Dining Room, Sitting Room, Wet Bar, Study, Outdoor Day beds, Movie Room, Luxury Kitchen\.

We have new Starlink Wifi\! Plus Sonos Surround Sound, Whole House Generator, A/C throughout, gas grill\.  The pool can be heated if desired for a fee of $100 per day\.

Our property managers and staff will take exceptional care of you include concierge services and and daily housekeeping except for Sundays and holidays\.  We ask for a 5% gratuity which will go entirely to the staff\.
