For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $300 will be added to the cost of any reservation\. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived\.This three bedroom plus loft three bath suite features 1572 square feet of living space; one king bed; two queen beds; two twin beds; sofa sleeper; full kitchen; deck and in unit washer and dryer\.
