Conifer \#6 is a two\-level, 1,754 sq\. ft\. home that has all the amenities for you and your family to make your next vacation one to remember\. Nestled near Fort Rock Park, you and your guests will have easy access to all that Sunriver has to offer\. 

This three bedroom, 2\.5 bath home will sleep 8\. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV with cable, and private access to the back deck\. The master bath offers dual vanity and a tub/shower combo\. The second and third bedrooms are located upstairs\. Bedroom \#2 has a queen bed and a flat screen TV with cable\. Bedroom \#3 has two sets of bunk beds and a TV with cable for kids to enjoy\. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom which has a tub/shower combo\. The half bath is conveniently located downstairs\. 
 
The open floor plan is perfect for family gatherings\. Sit in front of the fireplace while enjoying your favorite DVD movie or play a board came at the large dining room table, while the chef makes a delightful home cooked meal in the well\-appointed kitchen\. 
 
Conifer 6 is equipped with A/C to help combat the summer heat\. 

The kids can play a game of foosball or ping pong while the adults enjoy sitting outside on the patio enjoying nature\. 

Take a family bike ride using the 8 bikes that are provided and explore over 30\+ miles of bike paths here in Sunriver\. Afterward, take a nice long soak in the private hot tub\. 

This home also offers 8 unlimited SHARC passes\. Not only can your family enjoy the SHARC, but you can enjoy free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf and free access to the Sunriver Marina as well\. 

You won’t be disappointed\. 

 Although Conifer 6 does NOT allow pets, the owner does bring their dog on occasion\.
