This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the third floor\.   It is a very clean, neat unit with a large comfortable living area which has a TV, VCR and DVD\.   Master bedroom has a king bed\.  One guest bedroom has a queen while the other guest room has two twins\.  There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience\.  The  large balcony has a table with six chairs and is a wonderful area to sit and relax while listening to the ocean waves\.\.  All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit\.  Occupants have access to a private 800 ft\. fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex\.
