This spacious 2,125\-square\-foot retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort, relaxation, and fun, making it the perfect spot for families or groups of friends looking to unwind and create lasting memories\.  This listing is for the entire home\.

The multi\-level deck and patio offer plenty of space for outdoor dining or lounging, while the pièce de résistance—a HOT TUB overlooking the water—provides the ultimate relaxation after a day of adventure\.

Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully designed home with plenty of room for everyone\. The sunroom, living room, and dining area create an inviting space for gathering, while the game room in the basement, complete with a foosball table and large flat\-screen TV, promises hours of entertainment\. With updated hardwood and tile floors throughout, you'll feel right at home in this stylish retreat\.

With 5 bedrooms, Avonmora comfortably sleeps 9\-10 guests\. The first floor features two spacious king bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a den/bedroom with twin beds\. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms, each with its own en\-suite bath, offer peaceful, restful accommodations\. The five bathrooms ensure everyone has plenty of space to get ready, and with two on\-site laundry facilities, convenience is always at hand\.

For your entertainment, there are 7 smart Roku TVs—including a 55" flat\-screen in the living room, and high\-speed Wi\-Fi to keep you connected\. The home also comes equipped with 2 kayaks for exploring the water and central air\-conditioning to keep you cool during the warmer months\.

Whether you're relaxing by the fire, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying a game of foosball, Avonmora offers the perfect setting for your next unforgettable vacation\.

I am Jerry, your host\. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area\. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues\. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property\. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in\.  

Avonmora is a very serene waterfront location, located on a dead end street located in a residential lake community\. Please respect local speed limits, noise ordinances and quiet hours\. 

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce\. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area\.

\- No team parties or large gatherings
\- Building security rules require a signed Renter Agreement, and the completion of our guest registration by all guests\. 
\- A security/damage deposit hold will placed on your credit card in the amount of $500\.  In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check\-in\.
