Goose Bay is located on the Susquehanna River at the north end of Goodyear Lake\. You can relax and enjoy the scenery and all the wildlife this area has to offer \- geese, ducks, egrets, herons, and even eagles\! Unique to this property is an easy boat launch from the backyard, along with a floating dock, and a canoe and kayak for your use\! 

Whether you're vacationing in the area for the Baseball Hall of Fame, Cooperstown Dreams Park, Cooperstown All Star Village, Glimmerglass Opera, the Fenimore Art Museum, the Farmer's Museum, or just rest and relaxation, Goose Bay is ideally located just minutes between Oneonta and Cooperstown\.

Goose Bay is a rambling ranch house with is a great location for several families to share\. It features 2 master bedrooms, both with a king size bed and fully tiled private bathroom, one of which is handicapped accessible\. 3 additional bedrooms \(2 with queen size beds and one with a set of twin beds\) share the remaining 2 fully tiled bathrooms\. There are 7 flat screen Roku TVs \(including a large 55" \(or larger\) TV in the main living room\), and, best of all, an amazing waterfront location\! 

Goose Bay boasts an elegant living room with a beautiful bamboo floor and leather furniture, an enclosed porch overlooking the water for relaxing and enjoying the view whatever the weather, and a game room complete with a foosball table and wet bar/kitchenette\! The kitchen features beautiful granite flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with automatic ice maker and a dishwasher\. It is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils to provide the comforts of home\. 

Central air conditioning, high speed wireless internet \(Wi\-Fi\) , and a washer and dryer are all standard amenities\. 

I am Jerry, your host\. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area\. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues\. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property\. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in\.  

Goose Bay is centrally located between Oneonta and Cooperstown with makes it the perfect location for your baseball vacation\.

\- No team parties or large gatherings 
\- Building security rules require a signed Renter Agreement, and the completion of our guest registration by all guests\. 
\- A security/damage deposit hold will placed on your credit card in the amount of $500\.  In lieu of a credit card hold, you may pay cash at check\-in\.
