Sideline is an ideal choice for families visiting any one of the Baseball Camps, as it is centrally located to all\! This beautifully maintained cozy two\-bedroom apartment is perfect for 2 couples traveling together, or a family of 4\! Centrally located within walking distance to the Oneonta downtown dining and shopping area\. 

Each bedroom features a large flat screen smart RokuTV, one with a queen size bed and the other with a full size bed\. Beautiful hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room, and a newly tiled shower are some of the updated features\. Other desirable features are the eat\-in kitchen, a comfortable living room complete with a large flat screen smart RokuTV, and wireless high speed internet \(Wi\-Fi\)\. Air conditioning, an enclosed front porch that is perfect for relaxing and an on\-site laundry facility are just some of the amenities you will enjoy while staying at the Sideline\. Outdoors you will find a wonderfully manicured landscape complete with picnic area and gas grill\. 

I am Jerry, your host\. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area\. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues\. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property\. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in\. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, very convenient to All Star Village and Cooperstown Baseball World, as well as the local restaurants and shopping areas, and just 20 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park\.  Please respect local noise ordinances and quiet hours\. 

PLEASE NOTE: The Wilber Park community pool is approximately 1 mile from the house\. There may be a fee for access\. 

There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce\.  A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area\.
