Making for the perfect island oasis, this home offers a private deep\-water dock on the Intracoastal Waterway, a hot tub, and a neighborhood pool\. Guests will enter through the garage where they will be met with two bedrooms on the ground floor, one has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin futon, TV, and an en suite bathroom\. The other has a king\-sized bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom\. Note that these two bedrooms are located on the ground level and must be accessed through the garage\. As guests enter the main house, a large, spacious living room, decorated in a traditional style, boasts large windows allowing the natural sunlight to fill the gorgeous space\. There is ample, comfortable seating and a large TV is located in a custom\-built entertainment system\. Nearby, a formal dining room has seating for 8\. The expansive chef’s kitchen has everything needed to whip up meals during the week and features plenty of countertop space, lots of storage, a gas range, and a breakfast bar with seating for four\.
