Stroll down to the end of Pine Avenue \(0\.3 miles or 6 minutes\) and grab the free Island trolley to venture farther afield\. For fishing and dining, Coquina Cottage is in between and a short walk \(0\.3 miles or 6 minutes\) to the Rod and Reel Pier and Anna Maria City Pier\. It is a pleasant 9\-minute walk \(0\.5 miles\) to Bean Point\. INTERIOR The keyless front door on the porch deck leads through French doors into a combined dining and living area with a generous amount of comfortable seating\. The living room includes a large TV with cable, wifi, and landline telephone\. The small kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and has a second keyless entry access\. A guest bathroom features a standing shower and combined washer / dryer\. The master bedroom with separate bathroom and shower / tub combo has a plush king bed, while a second bedroom has a plush queen bed, and spare bonus room has two plush extra\-long twin beds\. This property welcomes any day arrival and short stays for the months of mid\-August through January\. Other months require manager approval for non\-weekly rental\. Pool equipment does not run 24 hours and water temperature can vary as pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running\. When the ambient temperature falls below 60 degrees F, the pool heater may not function and even switch off\. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control\.
